ANNUAL AWARDS RECITAL

The recital is the finale for a year of hard work.  For some students it is their last piano recital.  Everyone must be at this recital to receive the awards that they have earned over the past year.  It is very special to me and I am not ashamed to say that I spend around $1,000 for this recital with the awards, refreshments, insurance and rental for the ballroom.  It is also special to me because I can sit back and enjoy the students as they share their favorite pieces, duets and original compositions with their music friends, parents, etc.

PLEASE, PLEASE DO NOT MISS THIS RECITAL.  IT IS COMPULSORY FOR MANY REASONS.

Please remember that your contracts require you upon termination of lessons to give me a month's notice and/or payment for that month.

IMMEDIATE OPENINGS ARE AVAILABLE FOR NEW STUDENTS AT THE FOLLOWING TIMES.

1:45-2:30 pm on Monday
7:00-7:45 pm on Monday
4:00-4:45 pm on Wednesday
3:15-4:00 pm on Thursday

1st Summer Session - May 30-July 3, 2012
2nd Summer Session - July 9-August 2, 2012
3rd Summer Session - August 6-30, 2012

New Method of Handling Missed Lessons:
If the person in front or behind the student's assigned lesson time reports they will be missing, I will check my list and see if the student needs an extra  lesson.  If the student's name is on the list then I will call and see if the student can come earlier or stay later (whichever the circumstance should be) and we will have a double lesson.  

It has become so hard to get students to come at any time except their own that I am going to try this new method of catching up.
